She is very elegant with incredible movement, extremely comfortable, very sensitive, and responsive. She is brave, SMART, and athletic. She loves to jump and is the one that will pop over the jump for fun while out grazing in the field. Loves the water and has been to the beach many times. Good ground manners, self-loads, and comes when she hears her name called. WTC, and has started over jumps. Auto change is almost there, just needs to strengthen as she has only been lightly started and has not been in consistent work. Under saddle, Zoey is safe with zero buck, (unreasonable) spook, rear, or any shenanigans, but she is sensitive and forward-thinking, with strong opinions. Zoey is green and complicated under saddle; she requires an advanced rider who can connect and bring her along. She needs prep and does not take a joke. She is not a horse you lunge to get tired and compliant â she will only get frustrated and disconnect. 10-15 minutes of groundwork, connecting and communicating, is what brings out her best. She is not a horse for a trainer with 8 other horses to ride that day. She needs her person: if she respects and bonds, she will give you close to 100%. Zoey has lived out 24/7 with other horses her entire life and is unhappy being stalled; she would be best suited for a similar home. Her floating trot is gorgeous. With her elegance, movement, and jump, she has enormous potential as a hunter. She won her first dressage test as a 3yo at a local show. Her sire, Hanoverian Bonhuer, was a S-level champion in Germany/Holland. She loves to be out on the trails.
