Lisa Paul received $6000 to find me a good family horse, said 30-90 days. That was 2 years ago. She offered a pregnant mare for $4900, was purchased at an auction for $950, was sick. Offered a couple horse's such as toe'd out or lame, not worth $1000 let alone $6000. She lived in Southern Calif at the time, I found out she moved to Aubrey Texas despite her denial until I proved this. She entered into a settlement agreement and offered a gelding in front of the Judge. A week before my pre-purchase exam She sold him out from under me. She offered another horse, 2 days later sold him so back to court. This Judge awarded my $6000 be returned. Lisa did an appeal, stated she spent 20,000 trying to find me a horse, totally lied. Did admit she purchases horse's from auctions and re sells at high prices. Judge believed her efforts and only granted half my deposit. That was October 2022 and I can't get her to pay me. Before she blocked me from all communication she had over 30 people on what she calls her "wait list", all paid deposits awaiting a horse. She continues to post horse's (even horse's she doesn't have) to recruit more people to pay deposits to her to get access to horse's for sale. She just sold her Texas home in Aubrey for over 2 million on 2/1/23 but still not paying me. I hope people learn not to trust her. Don't pay "deposits" on something you probably won't ever get. In the contract she states "non refundable deposit", doesn't seem right to hold your money for years and never get the service. When she does offer a horse she says you only have 24 hr access, does not allow time to see the horse or get a PPE. She still advertises she is in California recruiting more people and now doing the same in Texas. I'm afraid she will move this scam to another state making it difficult for those in Calif and Texas to track her down. This has been a total nightmare!
