Royal Feather is true to her pedigree. She is stout, compact, old school, humble minded, well mannered, physically and emotionally under control, and she posses a natural sense of direction when it comes to working cattle. She is a true example of a cow horse and has none of the baggage or stereotypes are insinuated about mares. She is currently my lesson horse for riders that are ready to move up from a zombie horse to one that can get a job done but still be forgiving of beginner mistakes. She has been exposed to all kinds of weather and is not afraid to get muddy. We track pastures in the rain and burning sun with no problem. She can drag just fine and has no problem pushing on cattle if need be. She will trailer, stall, or pasture just fine for you.
