Description:
Poppy is looking for her next person to love and dote on her, she is sweet and affectionate! Her gaits are flashy and SO comfortable to ride! Classic Red Velvet never raced but she is jockey club registered. She has clean legs. She came to us as a sale horse to use in our lesson program, to get more experience/miles. She ridden by our more experienced students. She's w/t/c under-saddle and some other basics such as grid work and x-rails. She is soft in the bridle and listens very well to the rider's cues. She goes in a Myler egg but (very gentle bit). Great breaks, not hot. Her barn manners are great, cross ties and no stable vices. She has great feet and is currently barefoot! Poppy is working on her balance in trot-canter transitions. She is working on bending and stretching into the contact. Poppy will stop and look at new things (very honest) I would recommend her for a confident older teen or adult that is solid WTC working with a trainer.
