"Karl" is a registered AQHA 2017 red dun that stands slightly shy of 15 hands and seen most aspects of ranch work. Has a performance build, and is as cowy as they come. Karl is our go to when it comes to sorting cattle. No quit attitude! Runs well in any herd, and is always the first to meet you at the gate. Easy to catch, hobbles, ties, loads, trailers, and is good to shoe. Heâs traveled lots of country, been hauled to brandings, and has been exposed to a lot. A really athletic, free moving horse, that moves nicely off the leg. We are currently using him in the feedlot, and will continue to do so through the winter. This horse would make an excellent rodeo/rope prospect. Would not recommend him as a beginner, or a kidâs horse (unless your kid is a hand). **Currently being shod with egg bar shoes. With proper shoes, he has stayed sound. Precautionary x-rays found very mild signs of navicular in his left front. Would be happy to share those x-rays with you and your vet. Vet checks welcome at buyerâs expense. We have colts that need miles and Karl has been a wonderful addition to our string. He is sure to excel in any direction.Asking $11,000.
