Flashy, eye catching. Needs training, but his siblings have been very easy to train, I have to many, I was to sick, and I just have no help. He has a cataract in his left eye, but it does NOT slow him down.My BF wants to just put him down, but I have worked with plenty oflimited sight horses, and they are fine, as long as you don't abuse or scare them, but Ruffio is quite calm, not panicky, so he just needs someone to put the time IN to him.
