Jackson is as athletic and loves to please. Ridden by11-year-old on roads and trails all over Western NY. The kids ride him primarily but he has done well with small adults and loves to round up the horses and calves. Direct reins, rides English, western or bareback. (One hand steer).100% sound, beautiful conformation, excellent feet.He has rare heterochromic eyes- one blue, one brown. Was driven extensively age 3-10; exclusively a riding horse for the past year. Jack loves to take the lead but will happily follow, light mouth, turns on a dime, has had jumping lessons- could take on much more advanced courses with practice. Keeps up with full-sized gated horses with ease cross country and has a HUGE heart. Traffic safe, walks through creeks and mud, rides double, never kicks or bites. Jackson is quick and for this reason should have a medium-experienced level rider. He takes care of his rider and isn't herd-bound. He is an easy-keeper that has insane endurance and a sled-dog mentality. Located 40min North of Jamestown, NY. We are moving and need to downsize.
