Trooper is a big beautiful boy that stands at 15.3 hands and is 5 yrs old!! He's registered and certified Rocky Mountain and is only going to become more stunning with age!!He was hand raised by his breeders and taught to be obedient from a young age! Trooper is the definition of a Rocky, he's a super sweet guy that is easily handled and obedient in the saddle!! This guy has been started right and it shows!! Trooper will stand for mounting and dismount, will walk on a loose rein and has a nice little gait!!Trooper is happy going the speed that he does but if you're someone that likes a little more lift Trooper can do that too, but would need someone with time and patience to help him achieve that!! Trooper would be great for a confident intermediate beginner who loves to take in the scenery!! He will ride out alone and can be ridden in a group!! With his big thick legs he has no problem crossing logs or debris on the trails!! He crosses water, goes through puddles and does great in all types of terrain!! This big kind guy will stand in the cross ties quietly, for the Farrier for grooming, bathing and to be saddled!!! This big handsome boy is going to make someone an amazing gelding!!!
