Osprey is your guy if you want a sweet gelding who has done it all. He is as flashy as they come and is willing to do anything you please. Take him down the trail, English or Western, and know youâll be safe, or put him in the arena to jump and enjoy this guyâs movement. He has seen tarps, flags, trail courses, and anything you could throw at him in town. He is traffic-safe, rides with dogs, and will ride out alone or in a group. He doesnât mind being in the middle or back of a pack, or he will lead confidently down the trail. We have used him on the ranch to push cattle and ridden him around ATVs, trucks and trailers, tractors, you name it. When in the arena, Osprey knows his leads and will walk, trot, and lope circles like a champ. He has beautiful movement and could easily excel in a dressage or jumping program. Osprey has been shown by a 12-year-old in the jumpers and already has some wins under his belt. He would also be a great addition to a lesson program, with his easy-going demeanor. He is an easy ride, and we have used him for kiddos around the ranch, too! Osprey loads and unloads as one should, picks up his feet, stands for the farrier and the vet, and is a joy to give a bath or tack up.
