Duke is a stocky built, 15hh, beautiful buckskin gelding that is 7 years old, he is well built and very pretty to look at! We have ridden Duke around the ranch and used him to herd and check cows. In addition to ranch riding Duke has been a trail horse, he has saw everything possible on the trails. He will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. Duke is a horse that is never in a hurry and likes to take it slow and easy but he has a smooth jog and picks up in to a nice lope as well! Duke is a confident horse on the trails and will lead or follow either one! He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too.
