JBD Bar Gold (Comanche) is a 4 year old, 15 hand, AQHA palomino gelding by JBD Eddie Ace and out of JBD Yellow Sparkle. His pedigree is loaded with roping champions on the top and bottom side. View his complete QData pedigree report HERE.He has been owned by the same family since he was weaned. He likes people and will find you out in the pen. Easy to catch. Good for brushing, saddling and even a bath. Stands well for mounting. Good for the vet and farrier. Loads and unloads well. Good with other horses. Heâs lower on the pecking order. Neck reins, moves well off of leg and seat. Has a good stop and back. He will lay down on command. Rides around bridleless and bareback too. Comanche has been on countless trails. He will lead, follow or hang out in the middle of the pack. Doesnât matter to him. Comanche is a more whoa than go kind of guy and would make a good family horse. He is traffic and dog safe. Iâve used him to gather cattle to move pastures. Heâs been out roping cows and calves and will help to drag them on the trailer. Iâve used him at the sale barn to pen back, move and load cattle. Heâs also been in the sale barn penning back goats and sheep. He will side pass right over to the gates to open and close them. Comanche is a true family horse that is as versatile as they come!
