Annie Oakley is a beautiful Percheron mare who is currently in training to be haltered and handled. She is very leery of new people and we are working on gaining her trust.All YHS horse adoptions come with medical and training records, vaccinations, hoof and dental work, and all horses are parasite-free. Prior to adoption, our horses have undergone our ethical training program to learn basic behaviors on the ground and, if applicable, while being ridden. Our goal is to ensure a good match between each horse and their new owner and home. Download our Adoption Application here The YHS Equine Center is located at 3731 N Road 1 West in Chino Valley, AZ 86323. Visits to the Equine Center are by appointment only. Set up an appointment by calling 928-515-XXXX. Public tours are scheduled every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
