That’s no appaloosa- this unusual chestnut is a registered thoroughbred (tattoo # D17411) whose pedigree boasts legendary sires Northern Dancer, Not for Love, and War Admiral. Brego never raced, and his riding history is unknown, so he is seeking a setup as a full-time pasture pet. He can be shy and reserved with new people, but once you earn his trust, you will have a loyal companion. He will need an experienced, consistent, and patient handler. Brego does well with mares or geldings and thrives in a pasture full-time. He is sound, with nice hard feet, but does have a seasonal eye condition that is managed with tacrolimus eye drops.
