Charm is a 14,3hh grade appendix sooty buckskin mare. She is 3 years old and has been started under saddle. She walks / trots/ canters, stops, backs, and catches both leads. She will ride out on trails alone or with other horses and also rides in the arenas. She is very brave and smart, not spooky at all. She needs an experienced horse person to continue her training and turn her into something special. She is an angel in most ways - leads, ties, stands for vet / farrier, etc and has been to some shows without batting an eye. However, she has an "alpha mare" personality and needs an owner that will set and maintain clear boundaries. She has been top postion in every herd group I have put her with - she is currently out with two other mares and does well with them, but she is their leader. She also does well turned out alone. She has been brought along by a pro and a good riding 16 year old. She goes english and western - msot of her ride hours have been in a side pull but she has about 15 rides in a snaffle as well and is doing well transitioning.
