Dingo Welsh Corgi Adult Male
Dingo came to us from a large city/county shelter. Dingo had only a number for identification, and he had a euthanasia date. It seems that black dogs are so common they often don't have a nice survival rate in overcrowded shelters. Dingo was very fearful when he 1st came to us, but after a couple days of exploring the big yard and being able to roll in the grass, he relaxed a bit. We realized that Dingo can be fearful of new situations, so we sent Dingo to 2 weeks of training to help him with this issue. Dingo has learned that almost everyone who visits him is great and he loves to roll on his back, accept belly rubs, and play the clown. Dingo, does however, still exhibit fear of certain men. For this reason we think that a single woman with dog experience and with no small kids or other dogs would be a perfect home for this happy, funny, but a little bit insecure dog.We believe Dingo is a Welsh Corgi mixture - he has those gorgeous big ears and solid body - weighs about 60lbs and he is about 8yrs. Dingo is neutered, up to date with vaccinations, on heart worm preventative and micro chipped. Suggested adoption donation for Dingo is $150.Please visit our web siteto learn more about this pet or email Beverly for more info.Adoption form, home visit, fencing and adoption agreement are required for adoption.
