Despite her age, this is NOT a horse dump. I brought Susie home as a yearling and would keep her until she dies if she was happy, but she deserves to enjoy life more than I can offer. As a green rider, I did not trail ride often, but she was quite a beautiful trooper through rough terrain and graceful over logs. Oh, and that smooth ride!I stopped riding her in 2020 after tipping her over on me due to excess rein pull (MY bad all the way). She has become so bored in her flat field since then, and now with only a goat buddy.She would be excellent for someone who wants to refresh her trail skills, or polish her ground work and handling. She is smart and learns quickly!Susie has Cushings but is fine on meds, and the purchase price reflects the consideration for continuing the medication. She would love to live somewhere with a horse buddy!The photos are slightly dated but the video is from 2023. Interested parties are welcome to contact me and visit her in person, and price is definitely negotiable for the right home.
