This pair of donkeys came to SHARE when their elderly owner passed away. They had been in a pasture with cows. We weren't sure of their ages (approximately 13 and 15) until a veterinarian had given them a health check. They are most probably mother and daughter and have a very close bond. Both are very loveable and easy to handle. Our farrier and we are working to have them more agreeable to having their feet trimmed. We would prefer that they were adopted as a pair as they are very bonded. Lucy and Ethel's adoption fee is $900 for the pair.
