I'm looking for my childhood mare, please read and look at the pics...if you have any clues or know where she is or what has happened to her please contact me ASAP. Thanks!

"Lacey" is a 16yr old QH mare, about 15h with 3 socks and a star/strip/snip, has no papers with her (I still have her reg. papers), chestnut in color but may be called a bay since her mane and tail are black. she is Boss mare and is very cinchy. Broke to do anything and everything. Has popped splints in her front legs when she was a young horse and you can still see and feel the bumps on the inside of her front legs. She may still exhibit lameness issues in her front end.

She was a clinic horse at Blackhawk college in Kewannee, IL from fall of '06 to spring of '07...she was then stolen from there and was taken and sold at the Kalona, IA auction the spring of '07. A horse trader had bought her at the auction and he said that he had sold her as a rider or a brood mare to someone possibly during the summer or fall of '07. He claimed he doesn't keep records of who he sells his horses to.
