Hunter is a FANTASTIC 18 y/o (acts like a 10 y/o!) overo paint gelding. He rides wonderfully. Ties, trailers, rides on trail alone or with a group - double, bareback, English, Western, in a snaffle or bitless. He ponies and will be ponied. Approx. 15.1hh, and about 1,000lbs. Not an easy keeper, but not a rough keep either - he's fed 3x a day and maintains his weight just fine. Kept barefoot, I use boots when we ride trail. Hates the arena, mostly a trail horse. I rode 3-4x a week for 5hrs or so and he always took care of me. I've ridden him with my 3 year old daughter while pregnant - yes, I trust him THAT much!! He's not a plod, definitely has some get up and go.. perfect for an intermediate rider or even a confident beginner with supervision. Willing to take offers.. money isn't important to me, just a good home. I wish we could take him with us, but he would hate the snow. He's a California horse.. born and raised.
