She is a Arabian mare with classic Arabian features, including big intelligent eyes, healthy weight, long mane, and a shiny dark coat. Terri was a broodmare for most of her life and was adopted last year in the fall. She is a very friendly horse that loves people and is always the first to meet you at the gate.Terri leads and ties, moves away from pressure when you ask her, and has just started working with the farrier, and is improving well! She was saddled and backed without issue, and she has started ground driving too! Although she is a green horse since she was used as a broodmare, she is very intelligent and food motivated, which makes her a quick learner.Areas for improvement are washing, fly spraying, picking feet and any other type of desensitizing you may want to do. However, she is generally very calm, and when exposed to new things, she is usually trying to calm herself and figure it out. Terri is a surprise since typically Arabians are very hot, but she is very non-reactive to typically spooky stimuli.Terri comes from a long line of impressive Arabians such as Bask and The Egyptian Prince, to name a few! You could take her in any direction or continue to use her as a broodmare as she throws beautiful foals!
