Pistol is a solid black Paint-Quarter Mare. She started out being trained in Western Pleasure and Showmanship in 4-H affiliated shows and AQHA shows as well around 4 years. Then I (the owner) switcher disciplines to English riding, specially Dressage. She has been trained in Dressage since switching disciplines. She has been shown from Introduction Level Dressage to First Level. Pistol also showed at local jumping shows, mostly Show Jumping with some experience in Hunter Jumper. She has also been through many Cross Country trainings and clinics but never shown. She was shown and trained through Eventing for several years in U.S. Pony Club. Pistolâs personality is very kind hearted and willing to work. She also does incredibly well with children based on past times being used as a lesson horse on several occasions. Despite her older age, she loves to move under saddle with a balance of calm and energy. Pistol is good on trail; she tends to get pep in her step to lead up front but is still attentive. She has a good amount of experience with trail rides lasting 2-3 hours based on trail riding experience, of course, and cross country.*Tack may be included*
